Solicitors Regulatory Authority

Brand Film

A family of brand and recruitment films produced for the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Putting people at the heart of the brand.

The Challenge

For the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we created a suite of recruitment films built around the people who know the organisation best: its colleagues. The films explored six themes, from culture and flexible working to benefits, career progression and what makes the SRA a great place to work.

The Method

By filming both at the SRA’s Birmingham headquarters we were able to create content that felt personal, authentic and relatable, rather than relying on traditional corporate messaging. Branded motion graphics supported the stories and helped bring key information to life.

What We Delivered

Our films put people at the centre, moving away from a traditional corporate approach and focusing instead on the colleagues who make the SRA what it is. By leading with real voices, real experiences and genuine personality, we were able to show the organisation from the inside out — not just what it does, but what it feels like to work there. The result was a warmer, more human portrait of the SRA, positioning it as a people-first organisation and giving audiences a clearer sense of the culture, values and individuals behind the business. Six short films and a longer combined edit, all subtitled and designed for flexible use across recruitment and employer-brand communications. The SRA also received the supporting b-roll footage, creating an ongoing bank of usable content.
